Non-Profit Coordinator
Non-profit coordinator for Little Kanawha Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council, with main office in Admin Building at Mountwood Park and Project Sharing site located at 2309 Gihon Road, Parkersburg. Duties include overseeing the Mini Grant Program, Revolving Loan Fund, Project Sharing and administrative duties for the operation of the RC&D, which serves Calhoun, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood counties. Project Sharing boundary extends beyond those counties.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, payroll, word programs, creating reports, inventory controls, grant writing, project planning and implementation, and volunteer management required. Coordinator works directly with and represents council at local, state and national meetings which may be virtual or in-person and creates and submits all required compliance reports to local, state, national and federal agencies. Continuous monitoring of financials, projects, file management, inventory and compliance with state and federal departments are among other duties. Position budgeted for 24 hours per week (which includes work day Wednesday at Project Sharing) for total of 48 hours in 2-week pay period. Work hours vary according to workload.
